The Georgian Bay Triathlon Club holds weekly training sessions in Owen Sound at the Family Y and Stone Tree Golf & Fitness. Training moves outdoors as the season progresses. Focus is placed on swimming, biking, and running, the three elements of a triathlon. The Club strives to achieve inclusiveness and welcomes both beginners and veterans of the sport. Members are not expected to compete, but many take the opportunity to race for fun and glory in events all over Ontario and the world.
